COMPANY

ROSTOR high pressure pumps are designed and manufactured by the MOTORRENS company.

MOTORRENS, is a company with a long industrial tradition.

It began in its origins in 1911 manufacturing gasoline engines, later diesel engines, irrigation motor pumps, generator sets and marine propellers for boats.

Its founder was Mr. Antonio Torrens Fernandez, a turner by profession and an entrepreneur, whose very reliable and low-consumption engines soon became popular in the Spanish market. Customers called them Torrens engines. Soon the name became MOTORRENS, the name of the company and brand of the engines.

In 1970 it reoriented its activity towards the product that it has been developing to this day: High-pressure piston pumps, equipment and accessories for high-pressure pumping, cleaning of pipes, sewage and industrial devices and surfaces, through the controlled impulsion of the force of water, projected in the form of a high-pressure jet.

To distinguish the high-pressure pump from the MOTORRENS engines, which continued to be manufactured until 1975, ROSTOR was registered as the brand name for the high-pressure pump.

MOTORRENS also manufactures other related products such as lower-power pressure washers for installation on approved vans or trailers, as well as portable toilet cleaning equipment.

Its product range is complemented by other commercial products related to sewer and industrial cleaning: reduced-power high-pressure pumps, vacuum pumps or depressors, pumps for transferring viscous liquids, and pneumatic sealing cushions for liquid transfer and leak testing of sewer pipes.

Within the MOTORRENS group is the company Conexbal, whose activities, among others, include the sale of manually operated or motorized cameras for inspecting pipes and sewers. Conexbal has its own efficient technical service department, offering comprehensive solutions to its customers.

MANUFACTURING

Motorrens boasts modern facilities equipped with high-precision CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery for high-volume production.

Finished products are monitored from the moment raw materials arrive until completion.

Each manufactured pump undergoes rigorous testing on the test bench, including break-in and maximum performance testing for several hours. Accessories with internal mechanisms, such as spray guns, foot valves, and rotary nozzles, are also tested in operation before being stored.

All of this ensures that the material is delivered to the customer with the highest quality guarantees.
