construction features
Reciprocating positive displacement pumps with 3 pistons in horizontal arrangement. Drive shaft on one side or the other of the pump. By interchanging sets of pistons of different diameters, other ranges of pressures and flows are obtained. An operation that is easily performed.
Cylinder head A, with vertically positioned valves, for high pressure. Cylinder head B, with horizontally positioned valves, for high flow.
Various types of pressure regulating valves are available, manual or pneumatic, to vary the pump pressure remotely.
Each pump is equipped with its corresponding pressure regulating valve, safety valve, and pressure gauge.
materials
Spheroidal cast iron crankcase, integral steel crankshaft, steel connecting rods, roller bearings, ceramic pistons, spheroidal cast iron or stainless steel cylinder heads, fundamental internal parts heat-treated and with rectified surfaces.
