These tools are a radical innovation for milling solidifications in pipes. The percussive rotary cutters are designed to remove the hardest deposits such as concrete, injected cement, calcareous layers, etc.
The percussive cutter is equipped with interchangeable hard metal blades that mill through whatever they encounter with rates between 600-3000 strokes per minute and up to 8000 Kg of impact force. Each pipe diameter requires a different diameter cutter. However, the adjustable skid body can be utilized, and only the cutter and its coupling need to be changed between Ø200 to Ø250 and also Ø300 to Ø600.
For working in plastic pipes, consult special types.
If the pulling hook is used, to be mounted at the front, the cutter can work with half the flow rate.
Cutters 13.040 – 13.060 do not have percussion.
The cutters can be equipped with different types of cutters:

-Cutter with hard metal blades for milling calcareous layers and concrete sediments.
-Cutter with diamond blades for concrete and mineral sedimentations.
-Cutter with steel blades for roots, wood…
-Cup cutter for cutting poorly spliced pipes.

The jets exit through interchangeable nozzles with ceramic inserts for greater longevity.
